Rahul Gupta (IAS), currently serving as the Joint Managing Director (JMD) at the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has been appointed as the new District Collector and District Magistrate of Hingoli District.
